If it has been more than a year since your last appointment, this appointment can catch us up as to what's been going on with your health issues. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll talk about what health and lifestyle behaviors we can adjust to get you back on track! I'll do a new MRT and/or TFH balance to see where to start! You will go home with a few lifestyle suggestions and maybe a few supplements to get you started.
